workout du jour

The only exercise I did today was about thirty min. sparring with the fiance. According to google that should have burned about 300 calories but considering I'm no professional I think I'd be lucky to have burned 50.

I've had some revelations and I am really looking forward to my first Spring Chick post tomorrow, and getting fit the way I wanna be for GOOD. 


  1. I have a strong interest in boxing. I bet its gonna help whip u into shape. :-)

  2. I use to hate eating healthy too, but now I love it. You learn to love it and then you get sick when you eat junk food so there's no going back.
